In the Prosperity Pillar rankings, Colombia performs best on Business Environment and Personal Freedom and scores lowest on the Safety & Security pillar. The biggest positive change, compared to last year, came in Personal Freedom increasing by 8 places, whereas they dropped 1 place on Natural Environment.
